Angelo commenced practice at Madgwicks in 1992 and quickly developed his skills as a highly regarded corporate recovery and insolvency lawyer acting in a number of high profile corporate collapses in the early 1990s.

Over the last decade, Angelo has been able to implement the commercial litigation and insolvency reconstruction skills he acquired and apply them to benefit clients in a number of corporate acquisitions as well as banking and finance transactions. Clients often engage Angelo to assist them in negotiating and advising on complex commercial transactions.

Some of Angelo's recent experience includes:

  • Acting for business owners in connection with management and shareholder disputes, including oppression actions;
  • Acting for clients in a number of corporate acquisitions and investments; and
  • Complex insolvency and corporate reconstruction including acting for liquidators, administrators, receivers and private companies.
