Debra is a senior commercial litigator with over 20 years experience and acts for clients in a range of industries including retail, technology, printing, entertainment, financial, food and clothing.

Her experience includes advising on and preparing contracts regarding general commercial terms (particularly retail, IP and IT) and dispute resolution in all court jurisdictions concerning property and leasing disputes, infringement of intellectual property, breaches of the Trade Practices Act injunctions and related matters.

A large part of Debra's practice currently involves acting for a substantial client, including the ongoing maintenance and management of securities and constant flow of legal action arising from these.

Debra has a particular interest in property and leasing dispute resolution, as well as in the area of retention of title ("romalpa") and has written and presented several papers on the subject.
