Madgwicks appoints new Partner Laurance Davis<

Melbourne mid-tier firm Madgwicks has strengthened its Property and Finance areas with the appointment of Laurance Davis as Partner. Davis brings to the firm significant experience having practiced in both areas for in excess of 20 years.

Representing major and second tier banks, specialist financiers and finance companies in complex property negotiations, Davis' recent experience with large residential developments, as well as retirement village and aged care transactions will further bolster Madgwicks' expertise in these areas.
