The e-alert reports that the recent matter of Hall v Poolman [2009] NSWCA 64 in the New South Wales Court of Appeal, involved an appeal against a decision by Justice Palmer that a Court conduct an inquiry into the conduct of the liquidators in relation to their engagement of a litigation funder.
