Workplace Relations & Safety Lawyer, 2+ PAE
Our Employment and Safety team understands the delicate nature of employment and work, health and safety issues, and is renowned for its knowledge and expertise. The team’s focus is on assisting clients to minimise the risk of workplace conflicts, provide a safe and fair workplace for employees, and comply with constantly evolving laws and legislation.
You will work as part of a collegiate team and provide workplace relations and safety services with an outcome focused and practical business orientated approach.
We work with a deep appreciation and understanding of our clients’ concerns and objectives and strive to deliver the most advantageous outcomes for them.
About you
- Have a broad mix of employment litigation and work health and safety.
- Dedication to high quality work and outcomes.
- Be a team player
- Develop strong relationships with clients
- Easy to work with, approachable and works well under pressure.
