In the ever evolving cultural landscape, it is becoming increasingly clear that certain behaviours in the workplace can have serious consequences. For this reason, it is important for employers and supervisors to keep up to date with the recent developments in the laws governing appropriate workplace behaviour.

- Tips and tricks for employers to assist in addressing inappropriate workplace behaviour.

About the Speakers
Emily Dempster – Senior Associate
Emily practices exclusively in the area of workplace relations. She has worked with clients from a broad range of industries including transport, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, not-for-profit, caravan parks and local government. Emily regularly advises human resources managers and company owners on all aspects of workplace relations law, from complex projects such as redundancies and restructures to day-to-day issues such as compliance, investigations, dismissals and employment litigation.
Nicole Davis – Lawyer
Nicole assists in advising clients on a range of workplace issues including unfair dismissal, general protections, enterprise agreements and post-employment obligations and restraints, employment litigation and day-to-day workplace and human resource compliance issues like award interpretation, contract provision and interpretation.
