Conducting workplace investigations can be one of the most daunting workplace challenges that an HR Team can confront. Knowing whether a particular instance justifies or necessitates an investigation; who should investigate; and how to conduct the investigation to avoid putting the employer at risk, are crucial.
This interactive Masterclass is both educative and practical in that it takes you through the process and incorporates a series of relevant activities and materials which participants can subsequently utilise in the conduct of workplace investigations within their roles.
The Masterclass will be conducted by Madgwicks Partner, Michelle Dawson (an LIV Accredited Workplace Relations Specialist), at Madgwicks’ office on Level 6, 140 William Street, Melbourne.

Michelle Dawson, Partner and LIV Accredited Workplace Relations Specialist
Michelle Dawson is a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Workplace Relations Specialist and has worked almost exclusively in the area of workplace relations for over 14 years.
She advises employer clients in a diverse range of industries and sectors including professional services, tourism, hospitality, transport and resources, and works with employee clients from all walks of life.
Michelle has an in-depth understanding and thorough working knowledge of all employment, workplace and anti-discrimination legislation and law in Australia and is a well-practiced advocate in these areas.
