Angelo commenced practice at Madgwicks in 1992, and quickly developed his skills as a highly regarded corporate recovery and insolvency lawyer acting in a number of high profile corporate collapses in the early 1990s.
He has built up a diverse practice representing a number of high net individuals and prominent families, as well as large corporates.
Angelo has become a trusted advisor on many difficult dispute matters which were previously considered unsolvable.
Angelo has expanded his practice into providing legal advice on corporate and banking finance matters particularly in respect to property and construction transactions, and managing distressed asset sales and acquisitions. Clients often engage Angelo to assist them in negotiating and advising on complex commercial transactions.
