Nicole’s experience includes:
- Assisting in acting for a company that operated businesses in the hospitality sector to defend an unfair dismissal application in the Fair Work Commission by the executive chef, including a complex jurisdictional argument, and the ultimate negotiation of a resolution.
- Assisting in acting for a company who commenced action in the County Court of Victoria for breaches of a restraint of trade terms and terms as to the use of confidential information.
- Assisting in representing an employee of a State Government operated entity in a complex general protections dispute.
- Advising a labour hire client in relation to the establishment of an enterprise agreement.
