A strategic litigator, Bo is a disputes lawyer with extensive experience working closely with clients to achieve successful outcomes.

Bo’s experience includes commercial litigation, civil litigation and insolvency work across a number of different areas of law including retail leasing and directors’ disputes. Bo is proficient in handling every step of the disputes process and communicates with clients to keep them updated and informed.

Bo has appeared in the Magistrates Court, Federal Circuit Court and Federal Court and has instructed counsel for appearances at all Victorian state courts and tribunals, interstate courts, federal courts and the High Court.

In addition to his excellent communication skills in English, Bo also speaks Mandarin and is able and willing to assist our Mandarin speaking clients with their matters. Bo provides practical updates on recent matters and has been published in LexisNexis as well as the Global Arbitration Review.
