A lawyer in the Madgwicks Property team with experience in retail and commercial leasing as well as telecommunications, Celeste has varied experience within the property industry and is a valuable asset to the team.

Celeste regularly participates in negotiations and preparing contracts, surrenders of lease and deeds of settlement as well as liaising with stakeholders and regularly works with tenants and landlords of large shopping centres, hospitals, universities, public roads, airports, owners’ corporations, councils, churches and sporting arenas. As well as this, Celeste has worked on crown leases and multijurisdictional matters.

Throughout the past year, Celeste has advised on COVID-19 rent relief including applications for rent relief and negotiations between landlords and tenants.  She also has some experience working on property disputes and litigious matters arising in the building, construction and property industry.

Celeste is a detail oriented, organised and approachable team member working with and assisting a variety of team members and clients across the property department.
