Celeste regularly acts for landlords and tenants in a range of retail and commercial leasing matters relating to shopping centres and commercial buildings, drafting and negotiating the leasing arrangements with their advocates and relevant stakeholders.

Celeste regularly advises on COVID-19 affected leases and rent relief including drafting applications for rent relief on behalf of tenants, engaging in negotiations between landlords and tenants and the ongoing repercussions stemming from COVID-19.

Having previously managed a national portfolio for a major telecommunications carrier across various states and projects, Celeste engaged with a range of stakeholders and organisations including government agencies, councils, owner’s corporations, hospitals, airports, sport stadiums and corporate landlords.

In addition to this leasing Celeste has experience with dispositions of both residential and commercial property.
