Chris has worked extensively in the industry and has expertise in establishing franchise systems; franchising and licensing; branding; trademarks; copyright and confidential information; business structuring; trade practices advice; and commercial leasing.

Chris also has extensive experience in providing advice on structuring, drafting and advising on all types of commercial agreements, including supply and distribution agreements, shareholder agreements, agency and consulting agreements and lending agreements.

Chris’ practice includes providing transactional advice and negotiating sale and purchase of businesses and joint ventures.

Chris received his Master of Laws at Kyung-hee University in Seoul, South Korea and is a member of the Franchising Council of Australia and Taxation Institute of Australia.
