Maureen has appeared in the Supreme Court and the Federal Court, and specialises in advising clients across a variety of industry sectors on matters of commercial and civil litigation, debt recovery, credit management and insolvency. She has advised a range of participants including private investors, business owners, not-for-profit organisations and individuals, and instructed counsel for appearances at all Victorian state courts and tribunals, interstate courts, federal courts and the High Court.

Her expertise includes forensic accounting investigation and analysis, voluntary administration, deed of company arrangements, receivership and bankruptcy.

A member of the Australian Institute of Credit Management and listed on the High Court Register of Practitioners, Maureen is a Victorian qualified lawyer who is fluent in Chaldean and conversational in French.
