“A total of 242 notifications were received during the period which is a large increase on the 63 notifications received in the January to March period (noting this was a partial reporting period given the February 22 commencement). With only 30 voluntary notifications made in the 12 months before the introduction of the scheme it points to a substantial increase in the number of notifications being made.”
