Madgwicks has promoted one of its rising stars to partnership. The promotions will take effect from 1 July 2015.
The appointments is:
- John Caridakis, Partner, Litigation & Insolvency
Partner, Peter Kennedy, said that appointment to partnership is a monumental occasion in the career of any lawyer.

The new appointments also focus on key areas of growth for the firm.

John Caridakis, Partner, Litigation & Insolvency
A key part of Madgwicks’ Litigation and Insolvency team, John joined the group in July 2008. Over that time, John has developed an active practice in the areas of corporate and personal insolvency reconstruction, property and construction law, and commercial litigation. John provides commercial and strategic advice that is outcome focussed and adopts a user friendly approach when structuring solutions for his clients.
