Madgwicks has promoted two of its rising stars to partnership and also appointed two special counsels and one senior associate. The promotions will take effect from 1 July 2015.

Managing Partner, Peter Kennedy, said that appointment to partnership is a monumental occasion in the career of any lawyer.
“It is recognition of dedication to the practice of law as well as to our core values of being easy to work with, outcome focussed and connected. Both John and Michelle embody what it is to be a Partner of Madgwicks as they have demonstrated a strong commitment to client service excellence and a focus on growing and developing our young lawyers.
“Sangeeta and Caroline’s promotion to Special Counsel recognises their superior skills in their respective niche practice areas. Grant’s promotion to Senior Associate marks the confidence the Partners have in his technical and commercial abilities,” said Peter Kennedy.
The new appointments also focus on key areas of growth for the firm.
“With very strong capabilities in litigation & insolvency law, commercial property law, corporate & commercial law, and workplace relations law, the five promotions continue to add to the strength of our core legal service areas.
