Property Partner Rohan Ingleton and his team have acted for TPG Telecom since 2007, providing TPG Telecom with national services and coordinating a significant volume of leasing for over 5,000 of TPG Telecom's sites. At any one time, the Madgwicks’ team handles up to 500 TPG Telecom sites.

Taking on a partner approach with TPG Telecom, the team is intrinsically involved with TPG Telecom growth across Australia. With the success of this relationship, Madgwicks has drafted and negotiated leases and licences for all telecommunication facilities in Australia, advised on the carrier’s rights under the Telecommunications Act 1997 (Cth), acted in disputes for TPG Telecom with landowners, drafted agreement between carriers, and carried out training sessions in the capital cities for all TPG Telecom consultants.
