Joe acts for property developers and investors, shopping centre and high profile leased premises owners and tenants and one of Melbourne’s most prestigious residential estate agencies and several of its directors. He has become a trusted confidant of and adviser to high net-worth clients and business owners. Joe also regularly advises and acts for private lenders in loan transactions secured by real estate.

In addition to Joe’s commercial, property and estate advisory and transactional skills and experience, he regularly documents complex property and general commercial transactions. Joe previously conducted his own boutique legal practice in South Yarra and was a principal lawyer in a global legal firm.

Joe is a member of the UDIA Victoria Finance and Investment Committee for 2023-25, advocating for regulatory and tax reform in favour of a healthy housing market in Victoria as well as improving access to finance from various funding streams through increased engagement with the financial sector.
