Beginning at Madgwicks as a legal assistant and quickly stepping up into his current role, Tye’s initial experience has been markedly shaped by COVID-19; becoming deeply involved in the interpretation and application of the various COVID-19-related employment and vaccination mandates across several Australian states, together with other workplace relations and litigation matters arising as a result of the pandemic.
